Welcome to AscendraHub. By accessing or using our website, waitlist, Early Access Program, or future platform services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old and legally capable of entering into agreements to use our services. If you are accessing the platform on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. Account Registration and Security
To access certain features of AscendraHub, you may be required to register an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- Maintain the security and confidentiality of your password and account credentials.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
- Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Third-Party Authentication
If you choose to register or log in using a third-party service (such as Google or GitHub), you authorize us to access and use certain information from that service as permitted by their terms and your privacy settings. We are not responsible for the accuracy or availability of information provided by third-party services.
4. Early Access Program
Joining the waitlist or Early Access Program does not guarantee access, features, pricing, or future availability. AscendraHub reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or remove participants at its sole discretion.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
- Attempt unauthorized access to our systems, servers, or user accounts.
- Disrupt or interfere with platform operations or security mechanisms.
- Upload malicious software, viruses, or destructive code.
- Harass, threaten, abuse, or discriminate against other users.
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to extract data from the platform.
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international law.
6. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, designs, content, software, code, branding, graphics, and materials belonging to AscendraHub are protected by intellectual property laws. No content may be copied, modified, distributed, sold, or reused without written permission from AscendraHub.
7. User Content
You retain ownership of the resumes, portfolios, course materials, and profiles you submit. By uploading content to AscendraHub, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services. Any general feedback, suggestions, or ideas provided to AscendraHub may be used by the company without compensation or attribution.
8. Service Availability
We strive to keep AscendraHub operational, but services may be modified, interrupted, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice for maintenance, updates, or other reasons.
9. Payment Terms
Currently, the core platform is free for students. Future premium features, corporate hiring plans, or course purchases will be subject to specific payment terms presented at the time of transaction. All fees will be transparently communicated.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
AscendraHub is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We make no guarantees regarding:
- Uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
- Accuracy, completeness, or reliability of platform data.
- Future functionality or feature releases.
- Employment outcomes, internship opportunities, or recruitment success.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AscendraHub, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AscendraHub from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the platform, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
13. Force Majeure
AscendraHub shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, internet outages, or governmental action.
14. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any user who violates these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease.
15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Surat, Gujarat, India.
16. Updates to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
